Working Students

"My career at ProSiebenSat.1 started as a working student where I took responsiblity for my own projects. A few months later I applied for a traineeship and got the chance to continue my career. As a trainee at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH, I am now involved in the development of new digital products and business models in the entertainment sector as part of the Innovation & Incubation team. Since we also support other corporate departments in digital innovation topics as an innovation driver, we come in contact with a broad range of people within the company, which makes the work multifaceted and exciting. The trainee program offers me the great opportunity to further my personal development and taking on the responsibility to develop own projects and ideas. The open and supportive working culture within the teams always gives me the strongest possible encouragement! Therefore Im proud to be contributing and being part of the digital future of entertainment at ProSiebenSat.1." 

As a trainee in product management at Galileo Digital, Lars Huppert develops concepts and ideas together with a cross-functional team to deliver the best possible product to users. One of these concepts is the "interactive monday" at Galileo. Lars has already been part of P7S1 since April 2019: After his internship in the area of project and process management, he continued his work there as a working student. The broad-based team at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH (from data protection and processes to budget and project management) was the ideal start for Lars to immerse himself in the multifaceted world of P7S1.

"When I had the opportunity to start as a trainee in product management at Galileo Digital, I didnt hesitate. Another decisive reason for me to continue working at P7S1 is the unique and relaxed working atmosphere with great colleagues, in which I was quickly given a lot of responsibility as an intern, working student and now as a trainee.
